Cinnamon Roast Peaches

I got inspired for dessert last night using what we had on hand: 2 nectarines, honey, cinnamon, butter and a little smidgen of vanilla ice cream. 

So very good.  Even the Mountain Man, who maintains that he doesn't like peaches/nectarines/apricots loved this. And without sounding too uppity about my questionable photography skills, can I say that the SL shot looks way too perfect, the HB one a little messy and dull?  But mine! Yes, I like it the best.  So there.
