Shams Wow

The Mountain Man really loves this scene from Along Came Polly

 

 So I was a little concerned about what he would say when he came home to find these:

'Memba them?

It went something like this:
Me: "So, do you like the monogrammed shams?"

MM:  "What's a sham?"

Me: "A pillow with a fancy case that you don't sleep on."

MM: "They're nice. I like propping up on two pillows to read."

Me:  "Hmm. So you can teach an old dog new tricks."

MM:  "Old dog? I'm not an old dog! More like...a senior puppy."

I do love senior puppies.
