Bon Weekend: Thanksgiving

I'm taking the coming week off from the blog as we spend Thanksgiving with my family in western North Carolina. 

It's where we were married a year and a half ago and we haven't been back since, so the MM and I are very excited. 

I'll be giving this Bourbon Pecan Pie recipe from Garden and Gun a try this year and getting in to the thick of knitting season.  Short days and long nights call for winter craftiness--and I'm inspired by this new addition to my knitting library:
