Squashy McSquasherson

I can't stop. I can't stop thinking about squash! I still have 1) Two acorn squashes for tonight 2) A pie pumpkin and 3) More pureed pie pumpkin in the fridge.  So many dishes still to envision.  Luckily, I also found Smitten Kitchen's Pumpkin and Other Winter Squash Guide today and now have a world's worth of inspirational recipes and photos to pour over.  A sampling:
