Blog Love: The First Glass

A college friend of mine has one of the more enviable jobs out there:  She's a wine consultant! No shortage of hard work (drinking wine) and studying (reading about wine) got Hillary there, and now she has a diploma from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. 

Coupled with her passion for cooking and entertaining, Hillary's knowledge of the wine making process, international industry and how to make lasting wine investments are all great reasons to be very excited that she's launched a blog to accompany the website for her new business, Everest Wine Consulting.   The First Glass is over to the right in my blogroll, but you should go take a look right now and find out which wine would pair well with your next homemade pizza and stay tuned for other mini-vino lectures and food pairing recommendations.  Cheers to Hillary and The First Glass!
