Paralysis of Analysis, Or Why I Can't Decide on Fabric

I need help deciding what material I should choose to recover this rocking chair, which my aunt recently gave me. It once belonged to my paternal great-grandmother Robinson who sat in it to watch the evening news because she could sit a little closer to the screen. It's still covered in extra material left over from the draperies at Selma, the great old house where my grandmother grew up in Winchester, Virginia. As I've been told many a-time, Selma burned to the ground and has since been rebuilt, but we still have the drapes! Even if I keep a piece of this old material and frame it for someone, this lady-like rocking chair is in need of an update.

I am a fan of keeping the material red or in the red family, so I've combed the online material stores and come up with these possibilities:
What strikes you? Bear in mind that I just recovered a low arm chair and my grandfather's funky old desk chair in bold, bright prints, so I'm erring on the side of simple with this one.

Then again, there's always the possibility of this amazing Marimekko large repeat:

Oh can I relate to your plight! I still haven't been able to take the plunge and pick a fabric for the two chairs I've inherited. There are just too many pretty ones to choose one.

That said, I'm partial to the one in the middle on the top row.
