Something about a tomato that's named for a cut of meat just makes me grin. I love how extravagantly huge these tomatoes are. Or "toe-mah-duhs" if I were trying to phonetically spell my Southern grandmother's pronunciation.

We're off to North Carolina midday tomorrow, so I'm out for the next few days. Back early next week with new adventures to report!
