The Big Meet

Steve's parents met mine tonight for the first time. Miraculously, all four are unabashed history fans who had plenty to talk about!

In the meantime, I've been working and being a local tourista. We went to Monticello this past weekend and I was so completely obsessed with the May flowers in bloom along Jefferson's "winding walk." Steve has taken to calling him Tommy Prez or Tommy P. They mentioned Sally Hemmings on the house tour! I don't think I recall that tidbit from the last time that I toured Monticello back in high school.
