Missing the Tetons

Well folks, here's a summer time photo of the Tetons, my adoptive post-college home. Oh how I miss waking up to the sun hitting those peaks. Until I'm back in the Northern Rockies, though, I'll be posting photos and adventures in the Blue Ridge. "It's a far cry from here to Virginia, but I'd crawl every inch of that ground.." Yes I do love the Blue Ridge. More photos of recent adventures to come.

Oh Anne! I miss the Tetons too! I am in the UK right now. I left Jackson in mid December. Travelling the world! South Africa in January - headed to South East Asia for 6 weeks in a few weeks. I will hopefully get back to Jackson for the summertime! Will you two be there?! Miss you! Maggie

I miss the Tetons very much as well!!! It is your fairly-long-lost friend, Cara. Being back in New England since leaving Jackson at the begining of June has been hard. I am just now starting to figure out what my place and purpose is over here in CT. I do miss the mountains though. There is really nothing quite like going for a walk in the mountains, especially when they are right in your backyard. I miss that. Did I mention that I miss the Tetons? Now that I know about this website, perhaps I will stop back every now and again to see what you are up to and to spice it up a little with my fairly bland messages. But maybe reading them will make you smile.....That is all for now. -Cara

Very nice site Ann. Your pictures make me remember things that I have thought of but have not seen in months...snow, non-rabid daygs, and big mountains. Ah, to move back there soon. Your place in NC looks like an incredibly peaceful haven to slip away to. Poa sana! Keep up the writing, and I look forward to reading more in the future. Hello Maggie and Cara. I hope that all three of you are healthy, happy, and chasing your dreams.
