So it took me a long time to find an acceptable high protein breakfast. Mine every day is the same: nonfat plain greek yogurt, a handful of blueberries, a tablespoon of chia seeds, and some 5 grain oats with flaxseed. I used to add sweetener, but now I can do it without. And sometimes (if I want to lower the carb count) I switch out oats for shaved almonds.
